1. Who we are

The website www.cleversteps.us (the "Site") and the Cleversteps online store are operated by Cleversteps ("Cleversteps", "we", "us"). Contact: dev@cleversteps.kr.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. To make purchases you must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and prices

We sell cosmetic and skincare products. We strive to keep descriptions, images, and prices accurate; however, unintentional errors may occur. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors and to modify the catalog at any time.

4. Orders and payment

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase subject to confirmation of product availability. The sales contract is formed when we send the order confirmation to the email address you provided. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of obvious error, lack of stock, or reasonable suspicion of fraud; in such cases we will refund any amount paid.

We accept credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure providers; we do not store full card details. Use of each payment method is subject to the provider's terms and conditions.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond our control (carrier delays, weather, remote areas). We will provide tracking information when available. For details, see our Shipping Policy, available on the Site.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are cosmetics, for hygiene and safety reasons returns for change of mind are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and with its original seal and packaging intact.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at dev@cleversteps.kr and we will arrange a replacement or a refund of the amount paid, including applicable shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase; the time for them to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. For full details, see our Returns policy, available on the Site.

7. Use of the Site and intellectual property

You agree to use the Site lawfully, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data. All Site content (trademarks, logos, text, photographs, designs) is the property of Cleversteps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws; reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. About our products

Our products are cosmetics: they are not medicines and do not replace consultation with a healthcare professional. Always read the label and directions for use, perform a sensitivity (patch) test before first use, and discontinue use in case of irritation. Keep out of reach of children.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cleversteps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you hold as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one published on the Site at the time you place your order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Where applicable law allows, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in California.
