Shipping destinations, timelines and costs.

1. Coverage

We ship to addresses throughout the United States from our warehouse in California. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed starting the next business day.

3. Delivery times and shipping costs

Deliveries are made through recognized carriers. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days from dispatch, depending on your area; remote areas may require additional time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond our control (carrier delays, weather, contingencies).

Standard shipping is $5.99 USD, and orders of $50 USD or more ship free. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order, together with any promotion in effect.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive the tracking number by email.

5. Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at dev@cleversteps.kr; we can correct it only if the order has not yet shipped. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery may incur reshipping costs.

6. Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, write to us at dev@cleversteps.kr (preferably attaching photos of the packaging, where applicable). We will follow up with the carrier and resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
